Export Rank Requirements Earned To Excel

You'll find a new option on your Advancement menu that lets you export rank requirements earned to an Excel spreadsheet.

The BS column indicates whether this scout earned the Boy Scout badge.

T1 through T15 are the Tenderfoot requirements, SC1a through SC13 are the Second Class requirements, and so on.

Target First Class

This new report makes it easy to spot the requirements needed for your younger scouts to reach First Class.

You'll find it on your Advancement Reports menu, as First Class Outdoor Requirements By Scout.

The report only includes those scouts who have not yet earned First Class.   It shows all of the outdoor skills required for Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class, with an "X" indicating which requirements have been completed by each scout.

Target Eagle

A similar report is now available for older scouts who are working their way up to Eagle.

Select Eagle Rank Requirements Earned By Scout from your Advancement menu.

The report only includes those scouts who have earned First Class but not yet achieved Eagle.   It shows all of the requirements for Star, Life, and Eagle, with an "X" indicating which requirements have been completed by each scout.

When combined with the Eagle Merit Badge Status By Scout report, it gives you a complete picture of what your scouts need to reach their goal.

Advancement Reports By Patrol

Both of these new reports are also available on our Advancement Reports By Patrol menu, with each patrol printing on a separate page.

The Advancement Reports By Patrol menu now includes these reports:

Troop Awards 3.0 Now Available

A couple of years ago, one of our subscribers, Paul Davis of Troop 500 in Wake Forest, North Carolina, decided he wanted to print blue cards and award cards using the data from his troop's TroopWebHost site.

He developed a product to do just that, which you can find at www.TroopAwards.com.

Paul recently announced version 3.0 with lots of new features and improvements.

Check it out!

Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions about these or any other features.

Thank you for your support!
