This Month's Enhancements

Expense reimbursement requests no longer require an event, once you configure this new option.

We added 40 new Girl Scout badges.

The leadership requirement for Star, Life and Eagle can now be awarded automatically based on the scout's leadership history.

Camping merit badge requirement 9.a is now awarded automatically based on the scout's camping history.

It is easier to maintain the list of available awards.  Unused awards can be identified and removed.  You can update your award list from a master list of all BSA-sanctioned awards.

The "Merit Badge Counselor" user role has been added to all sites where it did not already exist.

The URL for any event is now visible to event planners and web page editors.

A new "Update All" page is available for the Scout Affirmation Date.

The Most Recent Participation By Scout Report helps you spot scouts who have stopped showing up for troop functions.

The Merit Badges in Progress By Counselor Report shows each counselor's work load and helps identify scouts who are taking too long to finish a badge.

A Virtual Meeting Link can be added to any event to make it easy for members to join the virtual meeting.

The "Open In Excel" option now produces a CSV file.

Scouts have more room to add comments when they request sign-off on rank or merit badge requirements.

Double clicking a button is less likely to cause errors.

Website of the Month!

This Month We Salute
Pack 447 of Conyers, Georgia!

In their first year with TroopWebHostCS, Pack 447 has already put together a very complete site.

Every page looks great, starting with the fun banner image and logo on the Home page, followed by important information for scouts and parents who are thinking about joining the Pack.

The Our Leaders page has a photo for every leader, which is so helpful for new scouts and parents.

And their photo gallery does an excellent job of documenting the fun they've had in the past year!

Congratulations, Pack 447 of Conyers, Georgia!

Your award certificate is on its way to you!
