Rapid Sign Off

We made it much easier to sign off on rank requirements and merit badge requirements for a group of scouts.

You'll find these new functions on the Maintain Advancement submenu:


Rapid Sign Off For Merit Badge Requirements

Select the merit badge you wish to process and then click Continue.

Click the + icon to open up the list of requirements and select the ones that were completed, then do the same for the list of scouts who completed these requirements.

Click Save to save your work.  For more information please see our User Guide.


Rapid Sign Off For Rank Requirements

The process is similar for rank requirements.

Click the + icon to open up the list of requirements for each rank and select the ones that were completed.

Then select the scouts who completed these requirements and click Save to save your work.

Export 2016 Rank Requirements

Another new function on your Maintain Advancement submenu allows you to export completed rank requirements using the 2016 requirements.  This includes the requirements for the Scout rank.


Scout Requirements Report

Since "Scout" is now officially a rank, we added a Scout Requirements By Scout report to the Requirement Reports submenu.


Upload Adult Training From TroopMaster™

You can import your adult training history from TroopMaster using this new function on the Training submenu.




Merge Duplicate Membership Records

This new function appears on the View / Maintain Members submenu of your Membership menu.

It allows you to select two membership records and will merge all of the related information for them, including rank advancement and monetary transactions.



Search For Your Troop's Site

Users who access their troop's site from the TroopWebHost.org home page can now find their troop quickly using the new search function.

Enter your troop number or a portion of your city name and click Go!



Performance Improvements

We've made significant changes to our software to provide faster response times, including:

  • Faster paging through grids that contain hundreds of records (like the Individual Transactions page for many troops.)
  • Faster confirmation of e-mail submission on many of the e-mail pages.
