Troop 30's site is focused on recruiting new scouts - and new adult leaders! It begins with a compelling banner montage of scouts at work.
They positioned a "Contact Us" widget in the left-most column of the Home page, which makes it the first thing cell phone users will see.
Then they make a brief but well written case for joining Troop 30, with compelling photographs that make you want to be part of the action.
We loved the custom page "Committee and Support Positions".
It lists the adult leadership positions that are currently open, and provides the duties expected of each.
What a great way to recruit new adult leaders!
