This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for TroopWebHost, a service of Web Host Services LLC, and applies solely to information collected by your TroopWebHost website which you have purchased from us on a subscription basis. It addresses the following:
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We only collect information that you, and other users you have authorized to access your TroopWebHost site, voluntarily enter into your TroopWebHost site. This information is primarily for your use. We use your information to respond to your questions, concerns, or suggestions. At your request we may update your data to solve a problem you have reported. Unless you ask us not to, we may use your email address to contact you about your subscription and/or account, and inform you about upgrades and changes to the software or to our policies.
We will not sell, rent or disclose this information to anyone.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting us at CustomerSupport@TroopWebHost.com. You may also contact us at that address to express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Security
We take all available precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Your data is stored on our secure server in a SQL Server database that only contains information specific to your subscription to
TroopWebHost. Your information may be accessed by other users to whom you have granted access rights. This information can only be accessed using the
TroopWebHost web-based software. Our firewall is configured to prevent any direct connections to your SQL Server database to access your information.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information in your database. Your information is stored on a dedicated server in a secure data center in Lansing, Michigan, managed by LiquidWeb.
Orders
When you order a subscription, or renew an existing subscription, you must provide your name, email address, troop number and location, and must agree to the terms of the Subscription Agreement. Your information is used for billing purposes and to maintain our records of who is currently responsible for fulfilling the Terms of Service contained in the Subscription Agreement.

Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
