On June 15 we began tracking all changes to Monetary Transactions, noting the date, time and user who added, updated, or deleted transactions.
This audit trail can be viewed from the Individual Transactions page by clicking the View Audit Trail button.
This will take you to a page that shows you the most recent activity.
Use the Search button to find the specific activity you are looking for. Scroll to the bottom of the grid to find the Open In Excel button, which may be an easier way to view this information.
The audit trail for an individual transaction can be viewed by updating that transaction from the Individual Transactions page. Scroll down to the bottom of the detail page to see the Audit Trail section.
We are often asked how to create links to specific pages on a TroopWebHost site. Since the site is displayed in a frameset, the URL shown in your browser's URL window is not the complete URL for a specific page.
We recently added the ability to view the current URL for any page from the About This Site pop-up window.
Click on the icon in the upper right corner of your page to open the Help menu.
Select About This Site to view the pop-up window.
The URL for the current page is displayed at the bottom of this window. Please see the User Guide to learn how to create a hyperlink to this URL.
Years ago we added the ability for scouts to request sign off on requirements for merit badges and their next rank. Advancement leaders and merit badge counselors can view these requests and approve them, which automatically marks the requirement complete.
This month we added a report that lets you see all pending requests, plus all approved or denied requests from the past six months.
You'll find this report at Advancement → Advancement Status Reports → Sign Off Requests.
If you go to Membership and select Update All, you'll see a new option for updating medical form dates: All Members Medical Form Dates.
This function gives you one page where you can update the medical form dates for all scouts and adults.
Send us a ticket from the My Support Tickets page on your site's Help menu. This is absolutely the best way to communicate with us!
Or simply contact us at CustomerSupport@TroopWebHost.com. If you do, please include your troop number and city in your message so we can identify your site.
